British Beef from Shropshire Farms:

Our delicious English Beef is purchased each week from local farms through Bridgnorth Livestock Market. It is Robinson's policy to buy what is known as continental crosses which are Continental breeds crossed with British breeds, bringing a superb quality beef product to our customers.

For example, a continental breed such as the Limousin renown for its quality fresh lean meat, conformation and size is crossed with a traditional slow growing British breed such as the Angus or Hereford, which has a greater fat cover and great eating quality. This ultimately gives us a superb quality beef.

The prime beef cuts, grilling, roasting and frying cuts are matured for a minimum of 14 days and usually for 21 days to ensure extra tenderness and flavour. Ultimateley leading to a superior quality beef cut.
