Our traditional butchers supplies and produces the finest quality meats and meat based products, many of these products are created within our own premises utilising traditional techniques and practices which ensure the generation of premium quality produce.

We make all our own award winning sausages, these include traditional pork, caramelized onion, garlic and tomato, venison and pork and leek. We also make gluten free sausages.

We cure our own bacon and all our cooked meats are prepared and cooked on the premises.

We have won prizes for our black pudding and also for our beef and mushroom in red wine pie.

Other hot eating pies we sell include steak and kidney, turkey and mushroom and minced beef and onion. We make all our own pork pies and also game pies at Christmas.

We are supplying free range and bronze turkeys from Caldecott turkey farms and also will be able to supply geese and ducks to order.
