The delicatessen was launched in 1980, offering a vast array of both fresh and dried products. We prepare on a daily basis, a complete range of dishes from casseroles through to salads.

SALADS:
Coleslaw, Potato, Rice, Pasta, Roasted vegetable, Mexican & Waldorf.

DISHES OF THE DAY:
On a daily basis we prepare the following dishes: Beef bourguignon, Beef in beer, Chicken Chasseur, Coq au Vin, Pork In Apple and Cider, Lamb Beaujolais and Lasagne to name a few.

ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS:
The delicatessen also supplies a selection of quiches, tartlets, poached salmon, olives, homemade cakes, home made pork pies, chicken liver with mushroom and patchwork pates, Parma ham and salami, cooked meats, fresh sandwiches and soups and traditional butters.We also stock an extensive selection of Fine Cheeses with a range of over 40 individual types including Farmhouse Cheddars, brie, Roquefort, Stilton, Cheshire, Caerphilly, Devon Oke, Parmesan, Gruyere, Emmental and Cornish Yarg to name a few.

DRY GOODS:
The delicatessen stocks a complete range of dry goods these include: Superb fresh coffee (organic and decaffeinated), a wide range of teas, sauces, jams, pickles, oils, marinades, tamarind sauces and spices, Swiss and Belgian chocolates, pasta and olives.

Our main suppliers include Cottage Delight, Cotswold Meringues, Bay Tree Foods to name but a few.
